Accomplishment #1
I am a carb addict. Even more so than being a carb addict I am a bagel addict. I love them like a best friend who tortures me with bready goodness.

A hard thing for me to give up is Dunkin Donuts bagels (or any bagels really but these are the most convenient). My favorite thing to get is a toasted wheat bagel with plain cream cheese. If I'm really good sometimes I'll scoop out the bagel and use less cream cheese.
What I'm here to say is, I haven't had a bagel in weeks. I haven't counted, I just kind of put it out of my mind but I know it's been a couple weeks at least since I had one. I know that if I keep mini wheat bagels at home with light cream cheese if I need a fix, that suffices nicely.
But I am proud to say the temptation is gone, I don't crave them in the morning anymore. This is a huge step for me!
ps. While on vacation I am going to be working a lot on myself and clearing my brain of all the negativity. I know it's holding me back.



Yes, take the time to clear your head and fill it with positive thoughts during your vacation.

Never had a Dunkin Donut Bagel… guess i should stay away from them? haha
