Sugar Shock

I'm back from vacation. I'm sore and a little dazed. I proved a lot to myself this weekend and dealt with a lot of personal feelings of mine as well. I want to say more but I want to get the pictures all developed first. I did survive, that's the most important part.

The thing is, I gained 3+ lbs. I didn't eat super healthy the whole trip but I ate a lot less food in general. The entire day of Friday I was working my damn butt off, I just wonder if any of it is muscle. Probably not. My husband thinks it's water retention from switching some medications but he blames everytime I'm annoyed to being the medication switch.

Anyway, I look forward to seeing how everyone else is doing.
