What’s The Next Step?
This site for me isn't just about getting healthy or losing weight, it's also about dealing with my emotional issues right now. I feel like I'm looking for answers but I just keep finding new questions, like the road just keeps getting longer and longer.
What is it I need? A book to help me see things in a different way? Foods that will life me up out of this hole? A therapist to weed through all my problems and help me plant some daisies? I don't know, I'm considering them all.
I need to find what is best for me but I have no clue where to start. Just because something is working for someone else doesn't mean it's what I need. I feel I am kind of stuck on my journey, just standing in the middle of the road not sure which direction to go. I'm scared to go the wrong way and have to start all over again.
So I just stand here, contemplating. Anyone have a compass?

It’s very true. Each journey is going to be different for each person. I really hope that you will find a path that works for you. Hang in there. You will find it!

I tried everything in the universe to lose weight. I was 305 pounds. I found my own plan that worked for me – no groups, no points, just getting back to basics and figuring something out that I could sustain.
I lost all my weight 12 years ago and have maintained it ever since. You can do this. It’s not always easy, but the end of the journey is worth it.
I’d encourage you to not give up on yourself. The compass will point where you want it to. . .
