@South Beach Steve, the stairs are also very busy and in the middle of the building so it’s kind of embarassing to run out of breath at the top but I do it anyway.

I am glad you decided to join in the challenge. By the way, I love the picture of the stairs – they are really imposing. Congrats on sticking with the plan so far. One day at a time we will gradually reach our goals.
