I have to admit i love bagles but the ones I can’t say no to are the jalapeno ones at einsteins soo good witht he spicy spread – a rare treat, one I only indulge like once or twice a year. But to balance it out I always get them to cover them in veggies and I eat it as a vegitarian sandwich… mmm

I don’t really know what my biggest vices are, but I am a big coffee drinker. You know what I found out? When I drink really fresh roasted coffee I don’t need sugar. It is flavored spectacularly on its own. When I drink the store bought stuff I still have to doctor it up. You might see if you can find a local coffee roaster that could supply you with some really fresh roasted coffee.
