@Jess (Fit Chick in the City), it's so much easier these days than it was 5-10 years ago too. Now we don't have to lookup calories and write it all down, but somehow I still can't do it as loyally as I want to.

@julie, I didn't even notice, I have no idea how any of that works I just wanted it to be included, it's obviously off. I try to use DailyMile.com to track my workouts.

@Diane Fit to the Finish, yeah I've never gone overboard like that in fact, only years ago I wanted nothing to do with fastfood. I still won't eat McDonalds.

I agree with Diane, tracking your food is a great way to stay on track. It helps us to be honest with ourselves about what we've consumed. Anytime I feel like my eating habits are getting skewed, I go back to tracking my eats.

200 kcal in 20 minutes of exercise? Pardon me for being a bit skeptical, is that also from Daily Plate? Seems a bit high, but maybe it's really high impact.

I really do feel that tracking your food is a really good way to see where those calories are coming from. Then you can do like you did and analyze what you might want to change.

The Burger King wasn't terrible - I didn't see that you added large fries, a milkshake and a regular coke with them like I would have! So not too bad in my book!
