		<description>I&#039;ve been having &#039;graze&#039; boxes delivered to work. They contain nuts, seeds, dry fruit, crackers etc and they&#039;ve really helped me cut down on my sugary snacking as my blood sugar stays stable throughout the day.

I don&#039;t think this company operate in the US but there must be something similar there</description>
